While Lugbill Bros., Inc. began as a corporation in 1918, it wasn’t until 1962 that the construction division was formed. The construction division has its roots and history in the furnishing of pre-engineered metal buildings. Lugbill Bros., Inc. has been affiliated with Varco-Pruden Buildings for its entire history. This provides for an excellent working relationship between builder and supplier that results in a strong product for our customers.While furnishing and erecting Varco-Pruden Buildings continues to be our strong suit, since 1999 we have branched out into other areas of construction as well.
